My husband and I are a mixed-race, mixed-faith couple (I’m an African-American Christian, while he’s a white Jewish guy) who had trouble finding clergy that would conduct such a wedding – we wanted God to be present at our wedding, and not just married by a Justice of the Peace. Pastor Paul was our choice from the minute we spoke on the phone, to the time we met, and into our ceremony. He was sensitive to our varied traditions, and to the beliefs and backgrounds of our families and guests. And everyone loved him. We are proud to say that he married us.
